the jm group works with many clients who actively promote themselves as diverse employers. The most pioneering of these ensure all Managers’ bonuses are influenced by their approach to managing and recruiting diverse talent. At the jm group all staff have attended seminars on this topic, both internally and externally, and we have re-engineered our own processes in order to provide the statistics that they require. As a matter of course, the jm group can collect and collate data showing male : female ratios and ethnicity against the following categories: White – British, White – Continental, White – Other, Black – African, Black – Other, Asian – Chinese, Asian – Indian, Asian – Other. The gathering of further diversity information can be discussed although we urge caution in gathering statistics on physical and mental disability and sexual orientation. the jm group will always actively support our corporate clients’ efforts around the issue of diversity.
